Einstein said that insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

It can be ok if we recognize it and call it by its real name.

If instead of that, we start to believe and try to persuade others that “I know what I am doing…”, “It will happen soon…”, “One day…” – we should recognize that we are in the state of denial! How nice, carefree and pleasant it is to be in that seductive ignorance!

If we, nevertheless, quietly, for ourselves, comprehend the desire to get rid of bad habits or unproductive behavior, we have already succeeded 51%! We can only change what we are aware of - everything else is out of our conscious reach, invisible and remains our "blind spot".

In every challenge there is a solution for it as well, and the first step is to stop with denial and take a look at the current situation. Many people stay in the circle of bad habits, addictions and postponements because they refuse to recognize that there is a challenge that needs to be addressed.

As in the journey, only when we determine a starting point, we can plan a route, bearing in mind where we want to arrive. 

First step is always awareness, second acceptance and third creating action!

Awareness is not enough without acceptance and action. A lot of people know, but the results are achieved only by the ones who know and create action.
