Manager as a Coach

During our experiential training, participants will develop their coaching and mentoring skills by practicing the steps of the most advanced GROW Coaching Model. By practically applying our Action Model of influence and motivation they will become more effective and flexible in all their roles. By adopting new solutions and skills through systematic Action Model of diagnosing challenges in communication and performance, participants will integrate this new powerful tool to solve their past work-related challenging situations and prevent future ones. They will learn key coaching and mentoring questions that will increase team affiliation and collaboration.
