Action Newsletter Winter 2013/2014: In what ways did you manage to keep yourself younger?

Yesterday, my son, in order to inspire me to go with him skiing in deep snow, explained  that he believes that people are getting older when they stop trying new things and experiences.

In the next two hours we were skiing in untouched snow, in places where human skis never touched the snow, sometimes hardly avoiding fir trees and jumping over streams.

The feeling was incredible!

Today, I mentioned the thinking of our teenager to my husband in order to influence him to explore the mountain riding ski-doo with me.

The next two hours we explored mountain with our friends riding ski-doos, while it was snowing so much that it looked as the earth and the sky became one in their whiteness.

The feeling was unpredictable!

 


In what ways during January did you manage to keep yourself younge? How  could you do it until the end of the month  and instead of “No” say “Yes”  to some new experiences?

Winter 2013/2014

  
January is usually the month for summarizing the results of last year and making plans for the coming year. We remember with pleasure our open training in December, Advanced Action Negotiating Skills. Positive atmosphere, inspiring ideas and participants’ team work were extraordinary!
