How did you spend this warm July? July is a very special month for me, as the birthday of our company is at the beginning of the month. Action Management Consulting turned 16 this July! In the year 2003 there were two important training companies and slowly, with mutual respect, we created the consciousness that trainings are a necessity. At the first sales trainings with one of our clients from the bank industry it happened that at the training the general manager said that he believed that he and the bank's executive directors were not salesmen, but six months later he called me and insisted that all heads of branch offices go through sales training. I asked him: Why, you are not a salesman?, he told me not to joke about it, that foreign banks train their managers in the headquarters, that he himself spends less time in the office and that everybody should urgently change their habits and understand that they are salespersons otherwise the bank will no longer exist. Since then up to this day, creating trainings for different companies, in different countries, working under different conditions, the old Darwin’s conclusion has been confirmed again and again: It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent; it is the one most adaptable to change.
