Action Personal Coaching

Action Personal Coaching

Our Action Personal Coaching is a partnership between coach and client, in which the focus is on the goals that the client wants to achieve in the personal and professional life in accordance with the personal values and achieving balance in client’s important life areas.

Coaching gives answer to the basic question: How to be better? the same question that inspired the creation of NLP.

Unlike the training in some instances, during the coaching, a coach does not offer answers to the client, he asks powerful questions, which focus on a different look at the situation facing the client with personal limiting beliefs and habits and direct towards new solutions and increase personal potential. Coaching, in most cases means the work with the client “one-to-one" directly, by phone, or in communication via e-mail.

The difference between therapy and coaching is that the therapy is dealing with mental health, while coaching is concerned with mental growth. Coaching focuses on present and future, rather than on analyzing the past

Life Coaching

  • Do you achieve all what you want in your life?
  • Do you have inspiring future goals?
  • Have you reached your full potential?
  • Have you achieved your professional success?
  • Do you have harmonious relationship with your partner?
  • Can you afford everything what makes you pleasure?
  • Do you feel full of energy?

If all your answers to these questions are positive, congratulations!

If you have answered some questions negatively, there is potential to make your life even better and more fulfilled! Imagine that you have a possibility to find different answers with someone who helps you create your life and become what you always wanted to be. This inspiring process is called the life coaching, and the coach supports you to make such decisions that you approach to your life goals.

Action Life Coaching can help you with:

  • Personal motivation
  • Overcoming stress
  • Getting over personal blocking states
  • Understanding and replacing fears
  • Changing negative habits
  • Increasing self-confidence
  • Unleash personal resources
  • Overcoming conflicting situations

Once you make a step towards self-improvement, welcome changes, and understand that all answers and all limiting beliefs are in yourself, you will stop using the various excuses (pardon, reasons), and assume the personal responsibility for all what is going on in your life. New opportunities will appear where it used to be challenges and obstacles and you will create the action and truly live in accordance with yourself.

Business Coaching

Business coaching focuses on the development of business skills, achieving personal and professional objectives, better decision-making, personal motivation and interpersonal communication.

In addition to a one-to-one coaching, we also coach teams. This type of coaching is often recommended after in-house company's training and after the use of psychometric tools for the development of management and/or leadership skills, because it is focused on the individual and on development of his/her professional potential.

Although a business coaching is focused on the person, not on the development of business system and procedures, the results of coaching have measurably influence indirectly the company’s results, through increased working performance and efficiency.

There is overlap of business coaching with life coaching, as if the person in private life has some challenges, they affect business productivity and create imbalance.

The benefits for the client, associates and company include:

  • Increasing self-confidence that inspires the goals setting, according to priorities
  • Overcoming limiting beliefs that are manifested in various business situations (public speaking skills, giving feedback, etc.)
  • Increasing self-confidence and professional achievement
  • Stress reduction
  • More focus on the solutions rather than the problems
  • Taking personal responsibility for the changes you want to create
  • Achieving a balance between private and professional roles
  • Improvement of management and leadership skills
  • More effective communication
